David Villa

David was raised in Charlottesville; born in Mexico City. He attended Piedmont Virginia Community College, where he received an associate's degree in business management, later transferring to ODU to work on his Finance degree. He previously worked as a food and beverage manager at Martha Jefferson Hospital, where he oversaw a coffee shop, catering department, cafeteria & over 30 employees. David has great leadership skills as well as customer service skills that translate to his real estate career. David speaks Spanish and is always eager to help the Spanish-speaking community in central Virginia. In his free time he enjoys spending time with his 2 daughters, playing soccer, fishing & cooking. David hopes to continue growing his real estate knowledge and helping his team grow Town Realty into the premier real estate brokerage firm in central Virginia.
